These terms govern your participation as a guest in Six Questions With. Please read them carefully before submitting your responses.

By submitting your interview, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Six Questions With is an interview project in which every participant answers the same six questions. Interviews are published as part of an ongoing public archive intended to explore the shared experiences and perspectives that connect us.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. By submitting your interview, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal right to provide the name, written responses, and photograph you submit.
You retain ownership of your written responses and photograph.
By submitting your interview, you grant Six Questions With a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and archive your submitted responses, name, and photograph in connection with the project.
This license includes publication on the Six Questions With website, its official social media accounts (currently Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and TikTok), newsletters, promotional materials, future publications, and other media or formats developed in support of the project. This license also includes referencing, quoting, or discussing your interview, including brief excerpts, in editorial content published by Six Questions With.
Participation is voluntary. No compensation or royalties will be provided now or for any future use of your interview as part of Six Questions With.
Six Questions With will not license or provide your interview to an outside organization for its independent use without your permission.
This does not include ordinary activity beyond our control, such as readers sharing links to your interview, quoting portions of it, or reposting publicly available content through their own websites or social media accounts.
As a matter of practice, not legal obligation, if an opportunity arises for your individual interview to be featured by a third party beyond the ordinary publication of the project, we'll make every reasonable effort to contact you beforehand.
Your interview will never be presented in a way that falsely suggests your endorsement of a person, organization, product, or cause.
Your story is yours.
We correct only obvious typographical or formatting errors. We do not edit for grammar, tone, style, or clarity, and we do not alter the meaning or intent of your responses.
Aside from those minor corrections, what you submit is what will be published.
There is no pre-publication review process. This is intentional: because your words are entirely your own, we want publication to be a genuine moment, not a preview you've had time to second-guess. The published interview reflects the responses you chose to submit.
Because the project is built around authentic personal perspectives, interviews are published under the participant's name. Anonymous submissions are not accepted.
By submitting a photograph, you confirm that you either own the image or have the necessary permission to authorize its publication.
You grant Six Questions With permission to publish the photograph alongside your interview and to use it in connection with promoting the project in the same manner as your written responses.
By submitting your interview, you affirm that your responses are your own honest reflections and do not knowingly infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another person.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you choose to share. Please do not include confidential information about yourself or others that you are not comfortable making publicly available.
Six Questions With will not use your submitted responses to train artificial intelligence models, nor will we knowingly provide them to a third party for that purpose. As with any content published publicly on the internet, we cannot control or guarantee against use by external parties, including AI systems that may crawl publicly available web content.
This does not prevent Six Questions With from using AI-assisted tools to analyze, summarize, or identify themes and patterns across published interviews for editorial, research, or operational purposes.
You may request that your interview be removed from the Six Questions With website and official social media accounts at any time by contacting [email protected].
We'll honor reasonable removal requests as promptly as practicable. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of copies, screenshots, reposts, archives, search engine caches, or other third-party reproductions created before your request.
Six Questions With may invite past participants to answer the same six questions again in the future. Participation in any subsequent interview is entirely optional and will be treated as a new submission, governed by the Participation Terms in effect at that time. Where a participant completes a subsequent interview, it will be linked to their original submission so readers can see how their perspectives have evolved over time.
These Participation Terms may be updated periodically as the project evolves.
The version in effect on the date you submit your interview will govern your participation.
If you have any questions about these terms before participating, please contact us at [email protected].
